For Finance & Controlling Department we are looking for a Fiance Manager, who is responsible for supporting the development and achievement of the company’s overall financial plans and the execution and adherence to the Group’s overall financial policies and objectives.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements s in accordance to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP (interim and year-end reporting).
• Manages and supervises all accounting personnel in the implementation and maintenance of an accounting system that addresses to maintain all records of assets, liabilities, income, expenses as well as additional miscellaneous financial transaction records.
• Provide guidance and counsel, supervise, coach and motivate the team.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws.
• Interaction with tax advisors and authorities, tax offices, insurance companies as well as cooperation with internal and external control bodies.
• Cash and liquidity management for the entity in close cooperation with the corporate headquarters
• Initiate process improvements & Key contact for Corporate and external auditors.
• Review internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local statutory requirements.
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reports and analysis and that all financial information and processes comply with Corporate Policies.
• Liaison for all Department Managers in the organization for administrative matters owned by the Finance Department and presents approval authority for key decision making matters, that do have financial implications in close coordination with the General Manager.
• Advise business leaders regarding complex financial accounting and reporting issues and transaction structuring.
• Maintain accounting, financial reporting, financial control and information systems to ensure adequate records, ensure appropriate authorizations of transactions and safeguard assets.
• Actively participate in corporate driven initiatives/projects as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
You should have these qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or a comparable qualification.
• Must have expert knowledge of financial systems and structure.
• Certified Public Accountant or Masters of Business Administration is preferred.
• Ability to anticipate, identifies, and resolves complex financial issues.
• Broad experience in SAP ECC and [preferably] S4/Hana
• Proficient in Office 365 applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English in order to interact with the corporate teams.
• Independent and success-oriented way of working. Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and persuade senior management level.
• Broad experience also in legal matters
• Solid commitment to customer or employee service.
• Have experience in a similar role in previous positions
