Job Description
- Business Control
- Perform period end reporting analysis incl variance analysis vis budgets
- Support Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-term planning
- Post CAPEX Review of the segment assets
- Perform Analysis and Monitoring.
- Sales analysis and customer profitability assessment.
- Product profitability assessment.
- Product mix analysis.
- Customer mix analysis.
- Cost analysis.
- Monitoring Inventory performance.
- Accounts Receivable monitoring performance.
- Post Capex review / Post PRAS review
- Responsible of the observation and adherence to GIL and Anand policies and procedures.
- Responsible for Internal control and Internal audit open points for the respective segments.
- Support in Statutory audit process and act as an escalation point
- Business Reporting
- Manage the plant accountants' team and ensure correctness and completeness of the process
- Business Partner
- Drive Performance management.
- Responsible for Key performance driver evaluation.
- Responsible to detect and identify deviations and to propose and drive corrective actions.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement management
- Drive Decision Making and Provide Recommendations incl new product evaluation
- Develop business Partnering.
- Contribute in management team.
- Perform business analysis and trends using existing tools .
- Provide financial perspective on strategic and operational issue.
- Develop network in operations outside Finance.
- Challenge the organization in the continuous improvement process and opportunities.
- Proactive analysis of new potential deals
- Handling approvals as per the authorization policy.
