As an authorized packager for several compressor manufacturers, the company brings world-class compression to the European, Middle East, Asia, Africa and CIS markets (former Soviet Union countries, e.g. Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan) at competitive pricing levels. We offer packaged gas compressors and packaging services for OEMs and end users owning existing compressors and/or drivers.
FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and designing ways to streamline processes
- Recruitment and training of staff and allocation of responsibilities and office space
- Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manages the performance of direct reporting by defining responsibilities, setting performance goals, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and followed.
- Organizes and coordinates the activity of the administrativefinancial department and a team of 7 people from 4 sub-departments
- Responsible in the financial relationship with the banking partners, Preparation, followup and management of the bank guarantee letters in which the company has the quality of main debtor
- Management of the documentation necessary for the settlement of letters of credit
- Responsible for the management of contracts both those of collaboration with international consultants, with suppliers, and those as suppliers
- Prepares reports and situations for senior management on commercial / financial, administrative, etc .;
- Planning and coordinating the activity of the administrative department (secretariat, maintenance of office space, protocol, etc.);
- Analysis and negotiation of procurement offers for the administrative department
- Management of contracts with suppliers, or those for rented spaces, respectively rented by the company and related utility contracts;
Requirements:
- Some University education in business Administration or a related field.
- 5 years+ administrative & banking experience
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of all clerical procedures and processes supervised and ability.
- Good command of English in writing and speaking.
