Financial Analyst

As a financial analyst you will be part of the Finance Team and you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact in their community.

You'll have the chance to collaborate with other departments and brainstorm new solutions to complex financial challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Supports preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting;
• Validates accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions;
• Performs analyses of business performance versus prior year, budget and forecast;
• Provides information to Finance Leaders by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings & analyses;
• Optimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements.

• Detail-oriented and analytical;
• A strong communicator who can explain complex financial concepts in simple terms;
• Willing to learn and grow with us.

Experience required:

• 2-3 years experience;
• University degree in Business, Finance or similar;
• Advanced level of English;
• Good level of Excel;
• Strong financial analysis background.
