RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying, assessing, evaluating, treating and monitoring Risks across the Group, including Financial, Operational, Business and Strategic Risks across multiple industries.
• Assist in enhancing the design of the Risk MIS templates
• Assist in designing/developing data analysis models and tools
• Collect and analyse periodic Risk MIS data from various risk coordinators.
• Prepare Risk Management reports/dashboards based on analysed MIS data
• Assist in the maintenance of Risk Registers and Risk Policies.
• Coordinate periodic risk reporting, monitoring and review meetings with risk owners as per ERM policy and procedures manual.
• Monitor the progress of Risk Mitigation Action Plans.
• Assist in drafting Risk Dashboards and Risk Reports to executive Management an Audit Committee.
• Take part in due diligence activities including appraising past and projected financial performance, market attractiveness, sector dynamics, investment merits & risks, return on investment and other relevant deal return drivers.
• Any other related tasks assigned by the direct manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics.
• Relevant professional qualification (CFA/ FRM/MBA) is desired.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in investments, consulting firms or banks field.

OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent command of written and oral English.
• Advanced level in Excel (Financial Modelling, Pivot tables, Macros, VBA) and Power Point.
• Mastery of Data Analysis tools (such as R, SAP, SPSS or e-Views).
• Strong quantitative modelling capabilities & Programming skills.
