The job will require the full responsibility over the following tasks:

• Preparation of monthly closing as well as the monthly group reporting pack according to group deadlines. He/She will be involved in the business review presentation to the Board and will have a strong analytical attitude, capable to understand and explain to the Board the business trend
• Management of Accounting functions in Croatia and Slovenia:
  • Review of Debtors and Creditors listings
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Supplier payments
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Management accounting reconciliations. He/She will be able to create tools to have the P&L per client and the profitability per sku and client. He/She will prepare business cases and simulations for the General Manager and the Sales Team
• Preparation of quarterly group consolidation and group reporting package
• Preparation of statutory accounts liaising with tax consultants
• Providing business support to the GM
• Providing analysis of business and market results versus budget and prior year to give a clear understanding of future trends to enable corrective action to be taken
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoices registration
• Responsible for the integrity of the financial system ensuring all control accounts are fully reconciled
• Ensuring financial data is up to date and accurate including Bill of Materials, Purchase order pricing and sales pricing
• Preparation of Quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Responsible for general administration including HR topics
