Requirements

• Experience of working in a cross-territory, matrix organization
• Strong business consultant with proven track record of communicating and discussing Financial strategies at executive level, gaining buy-in and creating momentum
• Experience of leading or driving implementation of Finance and Accounting systems
• Minimum of first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field. A Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance/Accounting field
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience as CFO or Finance Executive
• Fluent Russian and English
