We seek a dynamic finance professional with previous experience in the real estate sector who will be a Financial Manager for our client, a company located in Cluj-Napoca.
Financial Manager
Location: Cluj-Napoca
Job Description:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets.
- Forecast future financial trends and recommend improvements.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.
- Present findings and insights to senior management.
Overseeing Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage timely processing of invoices and collection of payments.
- Implement efficient processes for accounts management.
Compliance with Financial Regulations:
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct audits and work with external auditors.
Preparing Financial Statements:
- Compile accurate financial statements and comprehensive reports.
- Provide financial information to senior management.
Optimizing Financial Performance:
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Strong Collaboration:
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure financial efficiency.
- Manage a team of finance and accounting professionals
Comprehensive Financial Management:
- Oversee all financial management aspects.
Review of Contracts and Commitments:
- Evaluate financial terms of contracts.
- Ensure compliance and monitor contractual commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and very good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Hungarian language skills would be a plus.
