Job Description: New Mobility Team Leader

Scope of the Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative mobility products and services, including corporate car sharing and rental solutions, supporting the growth strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in leasing/renting services

• Sales knowledge/skills (beneficial, though not directly involved in sales)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the New Mobility team to meet business objectives.
• Develop and implement processes for sales and operations of New Mobility products.
• Offer continuous support to stakeholders, including corporate and online sales teams, customers, dealers, and partners.
• Supervise operations and logistics tasks within the team, including booking and reservation processes, car park management, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate and monitor the car acquisition process for the New Mobility fleet.
• Develop IT infrastructure for sustainable growth of New Mobility products.
• Create frameworks (IT, procedures, workflows) for resale of New Mobility products through the dealer network.
• Set up and monitor department KPIs and achieve targets as per management decisions.
• Ensure efficient cooperation and support with other departments and partners involved in New Mobility business processes.
• Ensure legal and compliant internal frameworks for all activities, including procedures, internal control, risk reporting, and GDPR compliance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales and/or operations in the car rental field is highly appreciated.
• Bachelor's degree from a university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Project management qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
• Driving license.
