My client is a leading Shipowning company with a diverse fleet of Tankers and Bulk Carriers (50+), based in the south part of Athens.

They are looking for a Fleet Manager to assume the responsibility of a fleet of 9-10 Tankers.

This is a great career opportunity for professionals already demonstrating experience in a senior role, either as Fleet or Technical Manager in a smaller company, or professionals that have extensive experience in Tankers as Senior Technical Superintendents having also assumed people management responsibilities (direct or indirect) in their current or previous roles:

• Strong Academic credentials in leading Polytechnic universities.
• Extensive knowledge of integrated management systems, PMS Systems.
• Strong experience in D/D specification preparations & budgeting, Class Surveys, and other 3rd party inspections.
• Strong People Management skills.
