In Romania, they have established a strong presence over the past few years and have built a stable and expanding team.The future Laboratory Technician will be a versatile person who will perform analyses, take samples, collect client samples and they will provide support for the development of the quality documentation.In times of absence or increased workload, the Laboratory Technician will act as a reliable backup for the Technical Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing baking tests using available equipment
- Conducting flour analysis using laboratory equipment
- This analysis is crucial in determining the suitability of flour for different food production processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Preparing samples for clients
- The Technician will carefully handle and preserve the samples to maintain their integrity throughout the testing and evaluation process.
- Compiling quality documents (updating technical specifications and preparing samples for analysis bulletins issued by an external company)
- Updating and managing the ISO 9001 quality file
- documentation related to quality procedures, protocols, and certifications.
- they will ensure that the necessary records are maintained, revisions are implemented, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements is upheld.
- Providing support for product promotion by conducting tests with B2B clients
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Completed higher education; food chemistry.
- Quick learning ability, goal-oriented.
- English B1/B2 level (medium to advanced; advanced would be ideal)
- Driver's license (Category B) - nice to have
- Travel requirement: The candidate could travel around 25% of the time - occasional travelling is to be expected.
