Forwarder – Freight Forwarding (Birmingham, Full-Time)
  
Join a dynamic freight forwarding team as a Forwarder, delivering outstanding end-to-end service across air, sea, and road operations. This role focuses on providing seamless customer support, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance with key regulations.
  
Key responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities (clearances, bookings, deliveries, invoicing)
✅ Maintain excellent customer service, building strong client and supplier relationships
✅ Ensure accurate customs entries, cost control, job costing, and month-end compliance
✅ Collaborate closely with senior forwarders, operations managers, and sales teams
✅ Follow strict SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards to meet internal and external requirements
  
What you’ll bring:
✔ Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or road)
✔ Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
✔ Knowledge of transport sector IT systems and financial processes
✔ Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shifts and weekends
✔ Driven, results-oriented, and team-focused attitude
