For our client an international leader B2B for security, mission-critical and communication solutions , we are looking for a France Channel Account Manager for the commercial launch and expand the French market
Your Mission
The France channel account manager is responsible for the entire France partner channel business, including the establishment, expansion, and design of indirect sales channels, as well as supplier management.
Development of the customer structure in France and responsible for revenue and gross margin
Setting a high level of customer satisfaction and progressively increasing itYour Responsibilities
Creation and development of the Channel in France
Primary point of contact for specialized trade partners in France
Building customer relationships with existing Channel Partners in the market
Acquisition of new distribution partners to enter new vertical markets
Supporting distribution partners in conquering new vertical markets
Commercial support for partners in projects and tenders
Working closely with local pre-sales engineers to support specialized trade partners
You work in close relationships and support with France , other international entities and headquarter
Close collaboration with the company internal,technical, marketing service based in France and International
Occasional trips to the International headquarter in Zurich to foster collaboration with team colleagues
What you bring
Experienced and qualified with the industrial sector of the company products, as well as its partners.
Experience in managing resellers, ideally having previously worked for a value-added distributor or manufacturer in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate the Company's value
Several years of experience in Channel customer management with proven references
Industry experience with an existing network in the radio or telecommunications sector is a significant advantage
Technical background in the field of electrical engineering or high frequency is desired
Accustomed to working independently in a multinational company
Availability to travel at least 50% within France
Proficiency in spoken and written French, with good knowledge of English, German a plus
Good manners, pleasant and confident appearance
Communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy interacting with clientsWhat we offer
