Responsibilties:
Manage franchisee relations, biweekly calls, resolutions of issues.
Follow up with franchisee for any pending receivables
Act as reporting manager for all trainers
Mentor the trainers for scheduling and distribution of work
Approve petty cash requests of the trainers
Handle all the queries of the trainers
Prepare and publish monthly P&L with all stakeholders
Expand business by signing up with Franchises
Job Specification:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Preferred MBA – HR or relevant PG programs
Extremely effective written and verbal communication of the English language
Travel – 30 to 40%
Working knowledge of MS office applications
