- Developing a plan to help the company grow and achieve its goals
- Execute on a strategic plan to identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchisees that align with the company’s target market and growth objectives
- Ensuring that franchisees receive adequate information/knowledge on company policies and procedures
- Manage the franchise sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting conversions
- Execute joining process and franchise agreements
- Identifying and analysing new opportunities for growth within existing and new markets or products
- Liaising with Design team to deliver information and needs of the project
- Respond and adapt to difficult situations and raise them upwards as necessary
- Understand the legal compliance and issues that arise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
