Role: Franchise Development Manager                   Work Location: Mumbai (Andheri W)

Reports to: Managing Director                                  Work Days: Monday – Friday

Work Hours: 9.00am to 6:30 pm

 

Job Purpose: Provide marketing and sales support in selling of franchises in India and gobally.

 

Job Responsibility:

 

Marketing Duties

· Self-updating of marketing campaigns as per market

· Marketing recommendations

· Regularly update web sites where we advertise

· Track marketing initiatives

· Prepare prospect presentation packs for events

· Leads generation through various sources, which requires upgrading your knowledge and searching for the right platforms to market Antal’s Franchise.

· Regular communications with the global team

· Sales Duties

· Make first calls to prospects to check they have received pack and present the opportunity · Book prospects in for meetings, events and WebEx’s

· Guide the prospect through diligent processes like business planning setting up legal entity · Assist franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement

· Ensure CRM system is up to date

· Operations Duties

· Assist in all operational aspects of on boarding the new franchisee

· Training Duties

· Identification and maintenance of compliance and training

· Assistance with preparation and delivery of training modules and sessions

Essentials:

· MBA/MMS/PGDBM-Marketing

· MS Office

· Should have a strong track record of franchise sales and marketing

· Multi-level sales experience

· English language proficiency

· Dynamic personality and great communication ability

· Confident, competitive, results drive, ambitious and passionate

· Comfortable presenting the franchise business opportunity to people
