Key Responsibilities:
- Managing successful field marketing events, including third-party sponsorships and agency coordination.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs beyond physical events, such as webinars, email campaigns, and direct mail initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with sales teams to drive demand generation and achieve pipeline building goals.
- Creating and optimizing metrics-driven marketing plans, delivering insights on ROI and program effectiveness.
- Executing multiple marketing programs concurrently, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Fostering strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven track record of managing successful field marketing events and programs.
- Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
