Job Purpose

Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Welcome visitors professionally and manage inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly.
Customer Service:
- Ensure a positive experience for clients and employees.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support across departments.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and record-keeping.
Multilingual Skills:
- Utilize English and French proficiency for diverse client interactions.
- Enhance communication in a multicultural environment.
Cultural Sensitivity
- Apply knowledge of African cultural nuances for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Foster an inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.
Calendar Management:
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage schedules.
- Ensure seamless communication for meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, economics / related discipline. Additional education in hospitality or administration is a plus.
- Customer service and administrative training.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to African clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
