THE PROJECT
Our client is an InsurTech startup dedicated to the development of B2B SaaS solutions for the main insurance companies in the market. They are backed by an important investment fund and are part of one of the largest service providers for insurance companies in the market.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will work with other developers and with the rest of the team, being an active part of the solution design at all times. You will work daily on the different tasks of the sprint, previously planned by the PM, generating a valuable product for the biweekly demo.
You will be at the forefront of technology related to your daily work, that is, constantly updated on the technologies used in the project and continuously contribute with possible improvements in the technical stack (version revision, package inclusion, frameworks update, etc.)
THE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in the development world: 2 years with proven experience as a Front-end developer
- Knowledge in the use of GIT
- SPA application development with Angular (SPA application with Vue is a plus): 2 years minimum experience with Angular with versions higher than 8.
- Experience developing with Typescript
- Experience with REST API (5 years)
- Experience with CSS and SASS (5 years)
- Experience with HTML5 (5 years)
- Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Mocha)
- Written and oral communication skills
- Efficient, reusable and easy to understand code development
- Proactive, analytical skills
- Leadership and team development skills
- Very valuable: experience in PWA development, mobile with Flutter, PHP (Laravel) and Docker.
- Highly valued Experience with behavioral testing (with protractor and/or cucumber)
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level).
