Job Title: Front of House Receptionist
Location: London
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Experience: 2 years within a similar role

The successful candidate will be deeply customer-focused, impeccably presented, and have a proven track record in a similar high-level service role.

We are seeking a professional, well-organized, and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a first-class service reflective of our esteemed London office. The successful candidate will be deeply customer-focused, impeccably presented, and have a proven track record in a similar high-level service role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Provide an exceptional, Michelin star level welcome to all visitors.
- Ensure all visitors' requirements are meticulously met and they are introduced to appropriate team members.
Reception Management:
- Oversee the reception desk during specified working hours.
- Answer and redirect calls, manage deliveries, and coordinate with third-party contractors.
Meeting Coordination:
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring readiness and order.
- Guarantee meeting room technologies are functional, and facilitate liaising with IT as necessary.
Administrative Duties:
- Address ad-hoc admin needs of client-facing teams.
- Manage office inductions for new staff and assist in their onboarding process.
Facility Oversight:
- Ensure optimal presentation and functionality of the office at all times.
- Manage and coordinate access to the building, occasionally outside of regular working hours.
- Ensure cleanliness and stocking of client areas, meeting rooms, and toilets.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a comparable front-of-house role.
Skills:
- Strong IT skills to effectively manage booking systems, communication tools, and meeting room technology.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver exceptional client/customer service.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Proactive and anticipatory in meeting the needs of guests and colleagues.
