Job Description
For a 5-star Luxury Hotel in Umbria, we’re looking for a:
Front Office Manager
You will be reporting to the Room Division Manager and directly responsible for the management of the Front Office Team.
Main duties
- Creating a great experience for our Guests and Colleagues.
- Creating and implement all the relevant standards of the department
- Creating and building the team, ensuring the new hires are a good match with the existing ones
- Implementing the PMS and all the other technologies we will put in place
- Being a brand ambassador and constantly looking for new business opportunities
- Owning and striving to improve the quality and departmental metrics
- Ensuring health and safety policies are well known and compliant at all times
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in same or similar role, preferably in Luxury Hotels.
- You are a natural at leading and setting a good example, making sure everyone’s strengths are valued
- High level of verbal and written communication skills both in Italian and English; an additional language would be preferable;
- IT skills
- You have a passion for hospitality and you like learning new skills
