We are hiring a Front Office Manager on behalf of our client, an iconic 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai with 350+ rooms, combining European charm and modern flair. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of service, maximize hotel revenue, and manage departmental performance in line with the Hotel’s Standards and Procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all front office operations: check-in/check-out, concierge, and business center. • Maximize revenue through room inventory control, group blocking, and upselling. • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure VIP satisfaction. • Manage budgets, duty rosters, and labor costs. • Recruit, train, and develop staff; oversee performance and discipline. • Ensure compliance with LQA standards and local regulations. • Handle guest complaints and maintain high visibility with guests. • Serve as Manager on Duty and support Rooms Division operations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Administration, or Tourism Management. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field at an international 5-star hotel. • International hospitality experience is preferred. • Fluent in English; additional languages Arabic, Turkish or Russian required. • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications and familiar with hotel management systems.
