We are seeking a Front Office Manager for an iconic 5-star luxury hotel with 350+ rooms, blending European charm and modern flair. This role is responsible for ensuring top-tier guest service, managing departmental operations, overseeing the budget, and maximizing hotel revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Reception, Concierge, PABX, and Business Center operations.
- Maximize revenue by managing room inventory, up-selling, and group blocking.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget and staffing plans.
- Control labor costs and ensure staff efficiency within budget guidelines.
- Conduct interviews, identify training needs, and manage staff performance.
- Enforce operational procedures and maintain clear interdepartmental communication.
- Handle guest complaints and maintain visibility with guests and staff.
- Ensure compliance with local police requirements and LQA inspections.
- Greet and manage VIP guest experiences.
- Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing Rooms Division operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 5-star international hotel.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Russian, Arabic, Turkish or any European languages.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
