ABOUT THE POSITION:

You will be working with a team of engineers to build and support web applications using the latest technologies. You will work in a fast paced agile environment delivering a high-quality product with a focus on continuous innovation. This includes activities such as:

• Contributing to all phases of the Development lifecycle
• Developing and deploying new features while maintaining existing features by following SDLC Agile best practices and industry standards
• Building and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases
• Documenting all your work and collaborating well with other developers, QA, engineering and different business units
• Working with cross functional global teams to architect solutions, create estimations, minimize complexity and deliver a world class platform

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Highly proficient in JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js, or other back-end languages like Python or GoLang
• 5-8 years of full-stack development experience; preferably with exposure to desktop and mobile application development
• Experience working with startups/ finance related global projects is mandatory
• Experience working with fintech organizations is highly desirable
• Expertise in front-end languages and libraries like HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in database platforms (MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL), web server tools (Apache), and UI/UX design 
• Ability to create and consume custom SOAP and REST APIs
• Knowledge of implementation or administration of a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus
• Knowledge of at least one enterprise CMS
• Strong AWS and Linux skills
• Experience with Microservices is a plus
• Experience in developing systems with high reliability and scalability
• Strong documentation and communication skills
