Position: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant specialized in finance and bank integration to join the Solutions Team of a prominent Swedish holding company headquartered in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Design and drive the Dynamics 365 that meets the business requirements of the organization.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.
• Implement best practices for financial and operational processes within the system.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, including design specifications, test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical architect, and developers to ensure that the organization has consistent and sustainable solutions that are integrated and harmonized with other systems and applications.
• Manage external resources during the development of portfolio solutions to deliver according to the defined architecture and hand-over plans according to our way of working and principles.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 features and capabilities and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve business processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Assist stakeholders with functional issues concerning to the Dynamics 365.
• University degree in computer science, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365F&O accounting, taxes, reporting and purchase to pay modules.
• Experience in configuring, implementing Dynamics 365 solutions across several countries and business units.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with other systems and applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• International experience and an understanding of cultural differences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and happy to work across language barriers.
• Availability to travel internationally at least once every two months

Location: Hybrid 
Types of contract: Freelance, Full-time or contract to hire
Working Hours/Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00
Salary Range: 85/95K
Additional Employee Benefits: 13th month bonus salary
Language Requirement: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
