For our client company, a multinational software house in FMCG field, we are looking for a Functional Consultant.

ACTIVITIES

• Be the first point of contact for the clients, to understand client business requirements and evaluate proposed solutions.
• Define, support and coordinate proactive maintenance initiatives based on industry best practices.
• Cooperate for the definition and the delivery of software corrective alternatives.
• Plan, execute and coordinate system & integration testing.
• Analyse statistical data and trends relating to service level and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with CRM, ERP or related.
• Comfortable working with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Background in FMCG commercial processes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data and system integration architectures as well as relational databases and ETL.
• Good understanding of Service Level Agreement (SLA) concepts.
• Excellent skills in (written and spoken) English and Italian
• Availability to travel to work client side.
