Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Consulting: Work on implementation projects, understanding client requirements and providing expert advice.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between different parties, consolidating and validating business needs for changes in processes, policies, and information systems.
- Requirement Extraction: Gather requirements from project documentation and analysis meetings.
- Documentation: Create and validate functional specifications documents and test scenarios. Collaborate closely with the implementation team on technical solutions.
- Workflow Design: Develop workflow charts and diagrams for business processes.
- Business Modeling: Define workflows using business interviews, flow diagrams, state diagrams, class diagrams, and logical design.
- Training: Provide functional and administration training for implemented solutions to our customers.
- Support: Assist product development teams in creating new features or adapting existing ones to meet specific requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Education: University degree in a technical or economic field.
- Certifications: Courses or certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Analysis, ITIL, and AGILE Methodology.
- International Experience: Experience in international projects is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management), DM (Document Management), and reporting tools is advantageous.
- MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Communication: Excellent at explaining complex concepts to business users.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
