Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for functional safety development and development planning, providing professional opinions and suggestions;
2. Responsible for developing and designing functional safety solutions, writing relevant documents, and resolving technical issues related to product testing, production, and application processes;
3. Guide the development, testing, and verification of vehicle functional safety;
4. Guide the functional safety analysis of the entire vehicle system, including relevant item analysis, HARA analysis, functional safety concept design, technical safety requirements, etc., and be able to guide the preparation of relevant output documents;
5. Participate in technical decision-making and team building, conduct pre-research on new technologies according to actual needs, and promote the improvement of team technical capabilities, quality, and research and development efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, with a background in automotive engineering or electronic information engineering;
2. At least 10 years of work experience in vehicle functional safety development, testing, and verification are required;
3. Responsible for the development of functional safety for autonomous driving and intelligent connected vehicles;
4. able to carry out functional safety analysis of auto drive system, including relevant item analysis, HARA analysis, technical safety requirements for functional safety design, etc., and prepare relevant output documents;
5. Support the functional safety design and verification of systems, hardware, and software;
6. Familiar with the ISO26262 standard, familiar with automotive functional safety lifecycle and related tools and methods.
