Responsibilities：
1. Guide the methodology for developing, analyzing, testing, and confirming functional safety requirements;
2. Guide the design improvement and enhancement of functional safety in torque, gear, high-pressure safety monitoring, and low-pressure safety monitoring;
3. Have extensive research and engineering experience in cutting-edge functional safety applications, such as torque monitoring of wheel motors and redundant safety applications of power systems above L3 high-order assisted driving.

Qualifications：
1. Full time master's degree or above in vehicle-related majors;
2. More than 15 years of functional safety experience;
3. Proficient in functional safety development and related field development processes, with experience in global functional safety compliance vehicle development and working experience in the top European or North American OEMs;
4. Familiar with relevant regulations and standards in different markets, deeply understanding industry and technological development trends.
