We are currently hiring for an Investor Relations Director for a cross border Venture Capital Fund.

The fund's investments are mostly on the TMT side.

Scope:

• Perform the key role and all aspects on fundraising and investment relationship management.
• Make the fundraising plan according to Fund strategy.
• Establish diversified fundraising channels.
• Lead the fundraising process and targeting the result.
• Developing new markets and potential investors globally.
• Manage due diligence process from investors including roadshows, on-site meetings, due diligence questionnaire, etc.
• Be responsible and primary contact for various LP report and questionnaires.
• Maintaining good relationships with exist investors.
• Drove the process of fund’s multiple closings by liaising with internal and external legal counsel, finance teams and multiple external parties.
• Organizing the investor event.

Required:

• Over 8 years of IR experience in reputable USD fund or PA.
• Rich network with global LPs including endowment fund, family office, Pension Fund and global FOF investment entity, etc. Hard-working personality, highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, and stress management.
• Strong commutation ability, acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
