A multinational company in Kuwait is hiring a Garage Manager-Isuzu, with 5-7 years of experince in managing workshops and fleet Must be a Kuwait resident, and you will be responsible for:

• Supervise all maintenance activities and staff to ensure job completion in a timely manner and of standard quality. 
• Responsible to implement, supervise and maintain the preventive maintenance program on all the fleet and keep maintenance records updated. 
• Conduct daily and weekly inspections of the vehicles and follow up with the remarks on the checklists generated by distribution
• Provide maintenance expense reports and invoices for all the vehicles gone for maintenance works. 
• Coordinate and follow up with vehicle workshops to complete the job efficiently and up to standard. 
• Take prompt action to repair any vehicle breakdowns either through in-house workshops or outside garages.  
• Perform all vehicle maintenance as per the standard transportation and safety procedures. 
• Keep records of all maintenance jobs conducted per vehicle. 
• Create work orders and PRs in the Enterprise Asset Management system
• Coordinate with the Safety department to investigate the root cause of fleet accidents
• Coordinates with contract companies on asset repairs.
• Verifies and cross-checks on proper usage and requisition of spares.
• Initiates process to correct breakdowns and recommends appropriate action
