Position: GCP Cloud Operations Engineer

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Duration: 1 Year (Extendable)
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Work Model)
Notice Period: Max 30 Days
Experience: 8+ Years

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years overall IT experience

• 5+ years hands-on GCP experience (Primary Cloud Platform)

• 2+ years AWS cloud exposure

• Proficient with Terraform, Jenkins, and other DevOps tools

• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Workflows, Azure DevOps, Spinnaker, CircleCI

• Container orchestration tools – Docker, Kubernetes (GKE)

• Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Datadog, New Relic, or Splunk

• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevSecOps best practices

• Experience working across time zones and cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong debugging and deployment architecture understanding

Good to Have:

• Experience with Databricks

• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions
