Hiring for a GE Proficy consultant with hands on into (IGS OPC, Proficy Historian, Proficy Plant Applications) for a global Systems Integration / IT Services major.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Consultant - GE Proficy
• Location: Pan India - Hybrid

Role & responsibilities:

• Design, customization, development, testing and Production support on application.
• Leading GE Proficy MES applications Installation, Migration, Upgradation, End to End Validations
• Providing Technical support to the team members
• Coordinate with Team in getting project work completed on time.
• Capabilities of leading all discussions / co-ordinations with customers ranging from technical, functional and operations (process experts).

Candidate requirements:

• Must have 4-12 years of experience in GE Proficy suite (IGS OPC, Proficy Historian, Proficy Plant Applications)
• Experience with OPC tools like PTC's Kepware, Microsoft SQL Server, troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of MES system
• Hands on experience into interfacing MES with various L2 systems using standard industrial protocols like Modbus, OPC etc.
• Experience in interfacing Plant Applications with ERP system
• Good to have - Experience in .Net programming language.
• Good to have - Experience in Installation / Migration / Upgradation of GE Proficy Suite
• Good to have – Experience in End-to-End Testing experience of MES System
