Responsibility: 
o Lead all the activities related to tryout related activities for General Assembly projects.
o Coordinate and conduct all the tryout activities across GA shop for different fixtures, Special tools,
protection covers etc.
o Identify issues in special tools/fixtures/protection covers etc. and prepare try-out reports.
o Provide tryout inputs to Fixture design engineers and respective fixtures/tools manufacturing vendors for corrections.
o Validate the changes/correction in fixtures/tools post correction.
o Coordinate the fixtures/tools correction activities with respective suppliers.
o Validate the assembly process (BOM, BOP) during try-out phases.
o Coordinate Tool crib management activities in the initial phase till handover to operations Team. This
mainly covers:
- Set-up tool crib facilities and associated master data.
- Maintain min/max stock of tools/fixtures spare stock at tool crib.
- Coordinate ordering of spares based on stock availability.
o Well Knowledge in Vehicle assembly process, quality improvement.
o Provide required input data for updating Management presentations as required.

Education Qualification: Bachelors in engineering
