Job Description – Senior Associate / Principal Associate – General Corporate (Tier 1 Law Firm | Gurgaon)

We are hiring on behalf of a Tier 1 law firm for their General Corporate practice at Senior Associate (3–7 years PQE) and Principal Associate (8–11 years PQE) levels.

Location: Gurgaon
Compensation: Highly competitive, in line with Tier 1 market standards

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end advisory and execution on M&A, PE/VC, and general corporate transactions

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents (SPAs, SHAs, JVAs, etc.)

• Leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and supervising juniors

• Handling legal due diligence and regulatory compliances

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a reputed law school

• Strong experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory at a reputed law firm

• Team handling exposure (for PA role) and proven client management skills

• Ability to independently lead transactions (for PA level)
