A leading law firm is seeking a General Corporate Associate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for its Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general corporate work with basic exposure to litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate-commercial contracts.
• Advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Assisting with corporate due diligence and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating with dispute resolution teams on matters involving basic litigation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• PQE: 1–3 years in general corporate practice.
• Exposure to or basic knowledge of litigation is preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
