For a hospitality group, we're looking for a passionate General Manager for a 4* hotel

The Tasks:

- Ensures the smooth running of the hotel, where all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels

- Look for new sources of profitability

- Inspire and motivate team to achieve operational excellence delivering the company vision.

- Financial acumen, formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts.

- Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests

- Supervise maintenance, suppliers, renovations and furnishings

- Ensure security is effective

- Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners

- Carry out inspections of property and services with consistency

- Promote and market the business

Your profile:

- Degree and/or diploma in hotel management or other related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years operational management experience

- Solid background in international hospitality companies will be considered a plus

- Experience of budgets, P&L and forecasting

- Entrepreneurs skills

- Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communications skills

- Fluent in English and in Italian. Other languages would be a plus

- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
