We are hiring for one of our reputed clients for the role of a General Manager – Alternative Investment Fund for the location of Hyderabad. The general job purpose of the position is to lead the operations of funds including onboarding investors, KYC audit as well as accounting, taxation, and related compliances.
The ideal candidate would be a Chartered Accountant or an MBA with 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in fund management, with a sound knowledge of AIF operations and raising funds.

Some of the prime KRAs are as follows:

 

1. Lead the operations of Funds including onboarding investors, KYC audit & Compliances etc.
    
2. Prepare Investment proposal for various companies and send to Investment committee for approval.
    
3. Compliance of all regulation of SEBI in relation to investment and reporting from time to time to SEBI.
    
4. Assisting in all documentation /Compliances of Investee Companies/ investors.
    
5. Maintenance of KYC of investors and time to time reporting about fund progress.
    
6. Submission of first closure documents to SEBI after achieving capital commitment from investor.
    
7. All other activities, which required for control and management of investments of AIFs in various companies.
    
8. Monitoring the investments of AIF and quarterly performance reporting to vice president & management.
