Purpose of the Role:
Drive the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in the line with the vision of the organization & Principal Company.
· Understand the potential of the segment in the region.
· Prepare a strategy basis the market insights available.
· Plan and develop short- and long-term goals for Sales.
· Prepare strategies for brand building and high recall among customers .
· Define and ensure that the sales processes are implemented as per the SOP laid down by the organization.

• Achieve the sales target .

• Drive Customer Satisfaction and Employee Happiness Index (score)
• Implement (number) of new initiatives for the business

Desired Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: · Any Graduate/B.Tech Mechanical / MBA
Skills & Experience: Relevant experience of around 14+ years in Commercial Vehicle Sales .(SCV/MCV/HCV/ILCV)
Preferred from OEM or Dealership handling good volume of business.
