General Manager - Construction – Angola - USD 12K - 15K

Our client, one of the top conglomerates in Dubai, is hiring General Manager for one of their prestigious Construction projects in Angola (Africa).

The incumbent would be a leader in the Construction Industry, must have ANGOLA experience.  Budget USD 12K- 15K

Overview:

The role includes strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics, procurement and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects. He will be required to plan, overlook and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
 

Responsibility:

• Overseeing construction projects from start to stop
• Conducting a thorough review to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Watching over all onsite and offsite constructions; quality and safety are topmost priorities!
• advise project owners and lead the team of builders, including the general contractor.
• Certifications: NEBOSH certified & Health and safety qualifications
• hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
• Management of employees.
• Dealing with the local government body.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • B.E- Civil Engineering / B. Arch. Additional master’s in project management or equivalent will be preferred.
    
    Prior work experience: Experience in managing various projects in Angola, understanding of the local governance is a must.
