Job Description

Our client, a large Indian Conglomerate is looking to recruit a GM - F & A to head the F & A function for one of its Associate companies in New Delhi

Job Purpose-

1. Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in the financial decisions making from time to time.

2. Key role in preparation of the Strategic & Annual business planning and risk management.

3. Setup/ensure successful implementation of financial policies, internal controls and strong financial systems to guard interest of the shareholders/JV partners.

4. Monitor finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof

Job Description-

Support and Monitoring-

1. Support CEO, Project & Commercial heads and their teams in the financial decisions making from time to time

4. Monitor and Supervise finance and accounting function, tax compliance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, maintaining accounting records as per Ind. AS and GAAP and audit clearance thereof.

Financial Accounting and Closing of Books of Accounts and Audit clearance thereof- Ensure compliance to IndAS/IFC/ICDS/GST

AP & AR Management

Tax Compliance - Direct & Indirect

Budgeting and MIS

Treasury & Fund Management

Meetings, Legal & Secretarial-

1. Co-ordinate/organize Board & Shareholders meetings

2. Review of Agreements & Minutes of the meetings

3. Conduct internal review meetings

4. Ensure timely filing of MSME returns and other MCA returns

Stakeholder Relationship management- Maintaining effective and cordial relation with various shareholders and stake holders

Support Admin. & HR, IT functions and their teams in the controllership and financial decisions making from time to time and support office administration.
