We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager for our manufacturing facility in Angola.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations in Angola, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and productivity.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve production goals and objectives.

• Familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, TPM methodologies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Implement and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities to motivate and guide the manufacturing team towards achieving common goals.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain best practices to uphold product quality and workplace safety.

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the manufacturing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Native Portugal / Arab / Brazilian Speaker.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment in Angola.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG / Home Care / Personal Care product manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
