Role & responsibilities:

• Steer the enterprise HR function, across the globe owning policies, processes, tools, templates and technologies related to:
  • Organizational Design
  • Talent Management
  • Learning and Development
  • Employee Experience and Engagement
  • HR Operations and HR Business Processes
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
  • Compliance
  • Other allied areas

Candidate requirements:

• 12 to 15 years of rounded experience in the HR space, with a healthy mix of experience in established IT companies and smaller ones that are (or were) on the growth path
• Exhibit the pace and aggression of a start-up leader with the process knowledge acumen of an IT MNC HR expert
