Saudi Arab National General Manager, who shall be a University Graduate and be dedicated to the management of the operations of this contract and who shall have overall responsibility for the totality of the services provided under this contract. He shall be a senior manager with demonstrable professional experience minimum of 10 years in the mass transportation industry and adequate qualifications to direct the performance of the operating, maintenance, computer services, financial, safety, training, facility, administration and all other services involved in the fulfillment of the contractor’s obligation under this contract.

• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
• Dynamic, change agent and customer service oriented.
