Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with key business stakeholders in executing operations strategy
- Implement efficient Logistics and Procurement processes and standards
- Working closely with Zonal and Regional Managers/Head sales/Plant team/Finance team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local, state and international laws
- Sourcing large size vendors & their development
- Develop and implement Procurement and Contract management guidelines, policies and procedures
- Overseeing the implemented systems and processes are followed i.e maintaining records etc.
- Infrastructure & Facility management. Exposure to luxury/premium facility management is an advantage
- Strict Compliance & Liasioning with Local govt bodies Pollution Board, PWD, Police etc.
- Working closely with IT Infra & System team to develop efficient IT solutions & smoothen up the Logistics and Procurement processes
- Responsible to lead cost saving efforts across Supply Chain by facilitating identification of cost saving opportunities.
- Ensure proper Audit work has been done as per company policy and Fill the gaps areas and ensure continuous improvement
- Manage & Build High Performance team and culture
