Roles:

• Focus on building, positioning, presenting the assets from the group, belong to different sectors like Payments bank, Fintech, Data centers, FMCG etc. for listing in the near term.
• Work towards listing of assets by way of IPO or invIT.
• Look at secondary listing opportunities and follow through equity executions for the current listed and to-be listed securities.
• Take any listed company deals for execution including any delisting and/or stake enhancement executions.
• Maintain full access and understanding to all constituents to make the above possible.
• Developing and keeping banker access for the correct story, narrative, comparative and driving the same for the best outcome for the group.
• Posess knowledge of corporate valuation, equity markets depth, players and associated regulations.
