1. Litigation Management

2. Land acquisition and Land related Legal issue Management

3. Interaction with Local Government bodies to ensure smooth conduct of Business

4. Contract Management and Documentation support to all stakeholders - will include drafting, vetting, review and negotiation of all types of agreements and contracts with third parties including customers and vendors.

5. Maintaining a strong follow up with Third party Legal consultants.
