- Business Development
- Drive new business opportunities in the region, especially in securing supply contracts with CBG (Compressed Bio-Gas) plants.
- Establish partnerships with biofuel manufacturers and negotiate contractual agreements.
- Develop supply chain agreements for the Soil Nutrition product line, including FOM and Biochar.
- Project & Operations Management
- Lead the planning and execution of new supply chain projects across the northern states.
- Provide local liaison support to the rural infrastructure and operations teams for both ongoing and new projects.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee regional operations including warehousing, contracted manufacturers, administration, health & safety, and adherence to system protocols.
- Support recruitment, team development, and manpower planning for operational effectiveness.
- Retail Network & Sales
- Build and manage a retail network for soil nutrition products.
- Lead regional sales efforts for FOM, Biochar, and other related products through dedicated sales channels.
- Leadership & Strategic Oversight
- Act as the regional leader, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
- Provide data-driven decision-making, performance monitoring, and target achievement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Uphold company values with a focus on professionalism, ethics, and sustainability.
