SalaryJob DescriptionThe General Manager will oversee the entire Bangladesh company and have full responsibility for operation and all aspects of manufacturing such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Plant Maintenance and shall have dotted line responsibility of IR/ HR and SCM. The GM is a member of the global senior management team reporting to Managing Director.Experience• A proven track record of business management, of developing and leading a business.• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.• Knowledge of market changes and forces that influence a company.• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.• Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices.• Experience in leading a larger team and workforce
