We are hiring for the role of General Manager for one of reputed client based out in Delhi, Candidate must be a MBA graduate having 10-16 years Post qualification experience in Supply Chain Management, Indirect Purchases & Logistics Management. 

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall Commercial Operations (Logistics, Procurement etc.) to maximize the process efficiency and productivity
• Partner with key business stakeholders in executing operations strategy
• Implement efficient Logistics and Procurement processes and standards
• Working closely with Zonal and Regional Managers/Head sales/Plant team/Finance team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency 
• Ensure compliance with local, state and international laws
• Sourcing large size vendors & their development 
• Develop and implement Procurement and Contract management guidelines, policies and procedures
• Overseeing the implemented systems and processes are followed i.e maintaining records etc.
• Infrastructure & Facility management. Exposure to luxury/premium facility management is an advantage
• Strict Compliance & Liasioning with Local govt bodies Pollution Board, PWD, Police etc.
• Working closely with IT Infra & System team to develop efficient IT solutions & smoothen up the Logistics and Procurement processes
• Responsible to lead cost saving efforts across Supply Chain by facilitating identification of cost saving opportunities. 
• Ensure proper Audit work has been done as per company policy and Fill the gaps areas and ensure continuous improvement
• Manage & Build High Performance team and culture

Qualification: MBA (Supply Chain Management/Operations)

Note: Prefrence either FMCD/OEM industry
